"This hotel was everything we hoped for. It was off-season and very quiet, which is what we were looking for. Daily breakfast was awesome. Wine & Cheese hour was great. Hostess was amazing. The character and nostalgia won us over. This was our first visit to Outer Banks, and we will be returning. Noteworthy details: Hostess was amazing! She gave us great insight on places to eat. She's an asset!!"

"Me Colliers review states it all. This place is quaint, charming, warm and historical. The staff was lovely. The rooms are cozy and though we were there in November when most plants are on the downslide the grounds and garden were still lovely. Would definitely stay here again!!! "Great location and property. Felt like an OASIS is the middle of busy Nags Head. Went to celebrate my Wife's Birthday. Great breakfast and afternoon social hour. Beach is not a far walk. Great recommendations for dining and things to do and the people who work here are so nice and responsive. We plan to return year over year."

"This inn was so quaint and charming I’m so glad we decided to stay at one of the historic inns in Nags Head. The rooms were cozy and very clean and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and welcoming. Something different each morning. Great price and location to everything and the beach was a short walk away. We even saw dolphins swimming in the water."
